Location adjacent to all scenic spots around Guanxi, airport and mountain. Reasonably good breakfast with the local noodles and western options, as for instance prepared by very hospitable staff. Great service everywhere.

I always return to this resort for my Guilin stays. The helpful staff, along with the great amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center, make it perfect. Plus, they even fixed some technical issues I had. Can't wait to come back for another city trip.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains and the lake. It was so relaxing to wake up and enjoy breakfast while taking in the picturesque scenery. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with any questions or needs that we had. They even went above and beyond to help us with transportation and obtaining the necessary health code during our visit. The room was clean and cozy, providing enhanced comfort during our stay. this place truly exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

I got great value for my money at the Heshe Lakeside Resort. The room was amazing, with a beautiful landmark view and super comfy beds on two levels. The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, but still convenient with a restaurant across the lake. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Yuki who arranged airport pick up and a tai chi class for me. I felt well taken care of and enjoyed the modern amenities.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The location is unbeatable, close to the Red Flute Cave and surrounded by beautiful nature and a hill. The staff is excellent and the breakfast offers a lot of reasonably good and delicious items to choose from.

The staff is pleasant, attentive and keen to assist. The penthouse room with rooftop balcony is lovely. The restaurant serves great meals exclusively for guests. The tea room offers a unique Chinese tea culture experience. The surroundings of the lake and mountain are beautiful.

La propreté impeccable, les installations de l'hôtel modernes et bien entretenues, le petit-déjeuner délicieux et varié, et le personnel attentif et sympathique. Le parking était pratique et j'ai pu me déplacer facilement grâce à la proximité de la gare d'Herculanum. De plus, l'hôtel était idéalement situé, loin de la foule de touristes, mais proche du port de Castellammare di Stabia pour prendre des navettes en ferry vers Capri, Sorrente, Amalfi.

The resort is located in a beautiful and particularly good area. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the rooms are amazingly clean. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of food and beverages.

Bathroom not clean enough.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and had a balcony with a potential lake view. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise and enjoying tea on the balcony was simply magical. the amenities in the room, including the shower and bathtub, were very relaxing. the hotel also offered a good local breakfast with a must-try noodle soup. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in arranging trips in the area.

That the hotel was about a 20-minute drive away from the city center, making it a bit inconvenient to get around. there were limited options for food in the evening, so it's better suited for couples looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway.

We had a blast canoeing on the lake, it was so much fun and got our adrenaline pumping. Plus, the hotel was super chill and had a sick vibe. The staff were cool and always hooking us up with awesome recommendations for party spots in town. It was the ultimate getaway for us young party animals!

The only thing that could've been better for us wild teenagers was if there was a happening nightclub or bar nearby. We love to party and would've loved to have a place within walking distance where we could let loose and dance the night away.

Whenever I visit, I choose this resort. Staff gave currency advice at first. All amenities suit me from laundry to massage to game room. Returning soon for another trip.

They were friendly, spoke excellent English, and even arranged a Li River cruise for me. The hotel's location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The family room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, giving me the perfect place to relax. The hotel restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the staff there were also very friendly. the hotel exceeded my expectations and made my stay in this city amazing.
